New Features at Bible.Logos.com
I’ve mention Bible.Logos.com before. It’s a pretty handy and fluid online Bible. Today it gets an upgrade:
As you navigate through the Bible, we dynamically pull relevant content—both sermons and illustrations—from our Sermons site and display the top three hits with a link to all of the other contributions that deal with the passage of Scripture you’re in.
The coolest part is that no matter where you are in the Bible, the list is automatically updated so there are always related sermons and illustrations just a click away.
This is definitely worth checking out. Logos has put together one of the better web-based Bibles out there. In addition to a variety of English translations they have recently added a number of additional Greek texts, including novum testamentum graece (in Unicode). The site is intuitive and the searching features are robust enough to find what you need. Give it a try.
If you need better Greek searching and features, try Zhubert.

Sorry about the wacky formatting in the comment… intense debate freaked out when I used my openID for some reason.
Are there any plans for Logos to develop a Ubiquity command, like the ESV has done (http://www.esv.org/blog/2008/09/ubiquity.command).”target=”_blank”>http://http://www.esv.org/blog/2008/09/ubiquity.command).Isthere an API for the site?
Tommy,
Phil Gons (http://www.philgons.com)made a Ubiquity command for Logos.com and Bible.Logos.com, however it only had basic search functionality. Nothing like what ESV has. As for an API, I'm not sure. I can check with our web dev is you really want to know.

Tommy, glad you like the new addition. We're working to make the family of sites a helpful online tool. Granted, our online stuff might not ever be quite as great as our http://www.logos.com/“target=”_blank”>Bible study software, but we're committed to getting more and more great resources online. The sites are all still in beta now, but we're happy with how things are taking shape. Thanks for spreading the word.
